The first part is Ohana basically joking that Gaara is a follower of 'Naruto-ism', and Tsuchikage of 'Gaara-ism'.
Second part is about the new fanbook. Release is December 4th, and includes several things:
- Kishimoto's debut manga, Karakuri
- One-shot revealing (no pun intended) Naruto's new erotic ninjutsu, probably similar to the two omake about Kakashi's appearance in the databooks
- Cover is an original illustration (well obviously)
There's also some more stuff about some special illustrations, an appended poster, and something possibly about the anime that I can't be arsed to fully translate.
